Champ Show - 26th June 2022

First of all I would like to thank officers and committee for asking me to judge – it was a great honour and secondly thanks for a good entry, although disappointed to see a lot of light eyes and badly under shot mouths.

Veteran Dog (1, 0 abs)

1. Martain's - Jessiemai Can't Stop Me Now At Aribax9 year old brindle boy who really enjoyed his day. Lovely head, nice dark eye, followed by good dentition. Good drop of chest and good width, moved really well - Best Veteran.

Minor Puppy Dog (3, 1 abs)

1. Roberts' - Joybull Mr SandmanFawn dog, 6 months old. Nice head coming with good dentition. Showing good promise, moved really well for one so young – I’ll be keeping my eye on both my 1st and 2nd.
2. Bown & Reader's - Sundabish LumiereUnlucky to lose out to 1 but at this stage not as much body. Nice head coming along, very good mover with everything in place so I am sure he will mature to a nice boy.

Puppy Dog (2, 0 abs)

1. Aston's - Angel’s Phoenix Mr Nielsson The Monkey Astonpride (IMP ITA) What a super youngster! Came into the ring and looked like he owned it. Red dog with good dentition and lovely head type with correct stop nice dark eye. Nice for front, good width loin and moved really well. Glad to award him reserve, surely in future this will turn to CC.
2. Warren's - Yakee Tantalum Of CopperfieldRed dog, another showing lots of promise. Nice head followed by dark eye with good dentition. Nice for front coming and rear moved ok.

Junior Dog (5, 0 abs)

1. Colliass' - Chalfs Starman At OldwellFawn dog. Nice head with dark eye and good dentition, followed nice drop of chest. Good width of loin and nice tight compact body. Moved really well and held top line when on the move.
2. Beal's - Emsuart RocketmanLiked this dog on the day he did want to show. Lovely head with correct stop, good dentition, dark nice drop of chest width loin coming in good condition. On another day I think reverse the placing. Played up on the move.
3. Warren's - Copperfield Dubbley
4. Aldcroft's - Marchmanor Rasto Legacy At Fowlerheight

Yearling Dog (3, 1 abs)

1. Myers' - Optimus Douglas Well, another special one from Optimus Kennels. Fawn dog, super head with dark eye and good dentition. Lovely drop of chest and good width of loin. Moved with ease, holding top line. Glad to award him the Dog CC and Best Dog and Best In Show.
2. Williams' - Diablo SivolaRed dog, needs to mature and tighten in muscle not head as one but coming nice. Short coupled body, drop of chest coming. Held top line on move and moved ok.

Post Graduate Dog (2, 0 abs)

1. Slaney's - GB Dudley Della Famiglia (IMP SRB)Fawn dog, good head shape. Dentition ok, dark eye nice for front and well muscled rear. Excellent on the move but would like to have seen more body.
2. Porter & Bowser's - Araucaria Cornus Sanguinea (AI)Nice dark brindle boy, with not the head of one. Dentition ok, good drop of chest. Moved ok.

Limit Dog (7, 3 abs)

1. Freshney's - Hyerdunscar Renaissance for BullencaFawn dog with well developed head. Good dentition, dark nice front and good rear. Moved really well, holding his top line.
2. Warren's - Copperfield Dando At HeronsviewRed dog with nice head, followed by dark eye and good dentition. Nice straight front and good width loin.
3. Parkin's - Stoneglad Figaro At Marshbull
4. Porter & Bowser's - Araucaria Malus Sylvestis (AI)

Open Dog (9, 3 abs)

1. Davies' - Ch Hyerdunscar On A Mission With Coulbymoor JWFawn dog, 7 years old in excellent condition. Good head shape with defined stop, nice dark eye and good dentition. Nice drop of chest, followed by width of loin. Moved really well, holding his top line. Well deserved to have had the recognition he has had.
2. Myers' - Optimus Jack Daniels (AI)Fawn dog, nice head but preferred number one head. Good dentition, nice straight and good rear. Moved ok.
3. Forsythe's - Ardhub Black Bomb At Findhorn

Special Brindle Dog (2, 0 abs)

Veteran Bitch (3, 2 abs)

1. Lindley's - Ch Hyerdunscar The Big Tease JW I JCh CJW 16 BW 18Fawn bitch, 7 years old. It is easy to see why she has done well in her show career. Correct head followed pronounced stop, nice drop of chest with good width loin. Excellent mover. Sorry she could not make the challenge for Best Veteran.

Minor Puppy Bitch (5, 3 abs)

1. Reader & Bown's - Sundabish Belle AmourFawn bitch, showing lots of promise. Nice head coming with nice dark eye and good dentition. Front and width loin developing and moved ok.
2. Roberts' - Joybull Rum TruffleAnother promising youngster. Fawn bitch, well balanced head coming nicely to dark eye and good dentition. Everything there, just needs to mature. Well nice finish on both of these puppy bitches.

Puppy Bitch (2, 0 abs)

1. Marshall & Tankard's - Omfero Princess Audrey At VerosaFawn, 10 months old, head coming along nicely followed with good dentition and dark eye. Nice drop of chest with good width loin coming. Held her top line on move. Best puppy bitch and reserve opposite sex.
2. Harris' - Lynchspride Doja Cat11 months old bitch, not head of one, she needs to mature. Nice drop of chest coming, would like to see more body. Moved ok.

Junior Bitch (8, 2 abs)

1. Roberts' - Joybull Miss Dynamite Lovely fawn bitch. Nice head type with dark eyes and good dentition. Nice tight short coupled body with good drop of chest. Nice width of loin and excellent mover. Glad to award the RCC, pushed hard for the top honours.
2. Latter's - Sotarbackens Mockingjay Stoneglad (IMP SWE)Fawn bitch. Big powerful girl, very eye catching on the move. Well developed body on front and rear – it will be interesting as she matures.

Yearling Bitch (6, 2 abs)

1. Fascoine's - Jadanelle Jessie MoonFawn bitch. Short coupled nice head type, dark eye, dentition ok. Good front, nice rear angle. Moved out with ease and held her top line on the move.
2. Colliass' - Endlessacres Sybil At OldwellFawn bitch. Loved her head, nice dark eye and good dentition. Front and rear muscle needs to mature and tighten in.
3. Aldcroft's - Fowlerheight Jazzamataz
4. Brearley's - Jolly Mia

Post Grad Bitch (3, 1 abs)

1. Davies' - Coulbymoor TenacityFawn bitch. 2.1/2 years old, nice head type, followed by dark eye and good dentition. Drop of chest coming and rear needs more maturity. Moved ok but not the finished article yet.
2. Marshall & Tankard's - Safety Of Flatland You Are My Destiny At Verosa (IMP HUN). Red bitch. There is a lot more of maturity yet to see finished at this moment, dentition ok and eye colour good. Nice front and good rear angle. Moved out ok. Not a lot to choose between 1st and 2nd places!

Limit Bitch (6, 4 abs)

1. Beal's - Emsuart AphroditeRed with lovely head and correct stop. Good bite with nice dark super drop of chest, followed by a good width loin, tight in front movement. I would have liked a tighter rear.
2. Garratt's - Priambulls Dreams Of Magic With MarchmanorFawn bitch with a pleasing head and dark eye. Dentition ok. Short coupled body, good front and rear. Moved ok.

Open Bitch (7, 3 abs)

1. Latter's - Stoneglad Shes On FireWhat a show stopper she is. Super head and correct stop, followed by good eye colour and shape. Very good bite, lovely drop of chest, nice width loin and excellent on the move – covered the ground with ease and very flashy, even when standing – she was saying look at me! So glad to award the second CC.
2. Lindley's - Ch Hyerdunscar Pardn My FrenchAnother quality fawn bitch. Good head type with correct stop, nice dark eye with good dentition. Nice drop of chest and good width loin. Moved well and held her top line on the move.
3. Myers' - Ch Paris De L'arche Des Loups Anges Avec Optimus (IMP FRA)
4. Leys' - Stargazer Loy Woodbulls Future (ATC BEL)

Special Brindle Bitch (4, 3 abs)

1. Warren's - Yakee Blue Topaz Of CopperfieldGood strong head type with developed chest and dark eye. Good dentition, followed well developed front and rear. Moved ok. Stunning coloured brindle bitch.
2. Roberts' - The Nightshifts Style Icon At Joybull (IMP NED)Another quality brindle bitch but head not as strong as number one. Good for front and strong rear. Moved ok.
