Membership
Applications for membership are welcome from anyone with an interest in the breed. New members must be proposed and seconded by fully paid up members of the club. All members agree to abide by the club's rules, regulations and code of ethics. Unless it is "Life" - Membership fees are per year and are due on or before 1st of January.
Important Information
(Please note: The 2024 club year book will NOT be free to members).
Following the club’s February 2025 Annual General meeting, the members voted to enable the committee and officers to adjust the year book price to members and non-members when or if it was deemed necessary. The 2024 special edition year book is approximately 50 percent bigger in page content compared to other years, due to the inclusion of some extra articles for the 100 year anniversary of the breed. Bearing this in mind due to the number of extra pages it has been necessary to increase the purchase price of the 2024 book to cover the printing costs (future years books will return to normal price and once again will be free to members, unless there is a printing price increase). The club requests a nominal donation of £5 from members when ordering their copy of the special edition 2024 book.

- Membership:- Joint - £20 members can purchase one copy of the 2024 Year Book for a donation of £5 (on request)
- Membership:- Single - £15 - members can purchase one copy of the 2024 Year Book for a donation of £5 (on request)
- Life Membership:- Joint - £180 members can purchase one copy of the 2024 Year Book for a donation of £5 (on request)
- Life Membership:- Single - £150 members can purchase one copy of the 2024 Year Book for a donation of £5 (on request)

- Per Dog - Member:- £15 (subsequent entries with same dog £2 per class)

- Enter 5 dogs or more – Member:- £55 (subsequent entries with same dog £2 per class)
- Enter 5 dogs or more – Non Member:- £60 (subsequent entries with same dog £2 per class)
- Veterans:- Free entry for members & non-members
- Not for Competition / Spectator dog:- £3

- Per Dog - Member:- £8 (subsequent entries with same dog £2 per class)

Club Year Book
- Our Club Year Book is usually first available for sale in March
- The 2024 Year Book is priced at £20 to Non Members
- Fully paid up Members (whilst stocks last) will need to request, pay for & collect their 2024 Year Book from either the Club ringside stand at Crufts, at one of our Club shows or other shows - by arrangement with the Club Secretary. Books can be posted out on payment of the relavent post and packaging
Advertising
- Advertisers will not receive a free Year Book (Advert page price has been reduced for members placing an advert)
- All advertisers can purchase 1 Year Book at £10
- Extra Year Books:- £20 each
- All Adverts to be supplied “print ready” if an advert is not “print ready” your advert will be placed on a standardised template.
Kennel / dog advert page prices
- Member:- 1 page £25, 2 pages £45, 3 pages £65, £10 for each extra page
- Non Member:- 1 page £35, 2 pages £55, 3 pages £75, £15 for each extra page
Trade Adverts (dog related)
Trade advertisers will have a link on our club website to their business website / social media page for 12 months
