Photos & Pedigrees

• Has your Bullmastiff won a Challenge Certificate at a UK Champ show during 2023?
• If so you are invited to submit a 3 generation pedigree and a printable quality photo of the dog for inclusion in our CC show winners section of the next Year book (this is free of charge).
• Please note to keep the subject more prominent on the page the photo should ideally be mainly of just the dog in a standing position (head shots are accepted too). The image may be cropped (showing just the handlers legs standing with the dog) this is to fit the page dimensions. (You should also have full copyright permission from the photographer to use the photo in the book).
• The club will attempt to contact all 2023 CC winners for inclusion in the book, if you have not been contacted by mid December after the last show of the year (LKA) please contact Year Book Editor Cath Lewis.

To advertise in the book

• Celebrate your dog's success, whether they are Champion Show Dogs, Agility / Obedience / Rally triers or specialists, KC Good Citizens or simply your beloved family member. Share him or her with the rest of the Bullmastiff world.
• Advertise a planned litter.
• Your dog doesn't have to be a top winning show dog to have a page dedicated to them, celebrate your golden oldie or your new puppy.
• Your furry friend does not have to be in a perfect show stance either, natural shots and head shots work well too.
• Advertise your dog related business or services.
• Adverts should ideally be sent as the finished design (print ready), the correct size and saved as a high quality or "print ready" PDF or .jpg. If you are unsure or would like a basic page putting together for you by book editor Cath Lewis (maximum of 2 photos per page) then please contact her by Email: yearbook@northernbullmastiffclub.com
  **Please note you need to book your advert pages ASAP, late submissions for advert pages put together by Cath may incur a design fee.
• All photos need to be of printable quality, those downloaded from websites or Facebook are not usually of sufficiently high resolution/quality for printing, mobile phone images should be of printable quality. Images are printed as supplied and you must have the photographers copyright permission to use them in the book.
• All adverts are accepted and published by the club in good faith. Please note: it is your responsibility not the club’s to carefully check the contents of your advert for errors, omissions or any inaccuracies before it goes to print.

Payment for adverts can be made by cheque, PayPal, bank transfer (please contact the club if you wish to pay by PayPal or bank transfer) Payment can also be made in person with cash to club secretary Gary Shirt. Full payment for adverts must be made on or before Saturday 9 Mar 2024.

Advert prices:-

• Members:- 1 Page £25, 2 Pages £45, 3 Pages £65, all extra Pages £10 each.
• Non Members:- 1 Page £35, 2 Pages £55, 3 Pages £75, all extra Pages £10 each.

Trade adverts:-

• Members:- 1 Page £30
• Non Members:- 1 Page £50

All advertisers can purchase one copy of the book for £5, extra copies £15 each (to be collected from the club or books can be posted out on payment of postage and packaging). In addition Club members that place an advert will also have those pages displayed on the club website for 12 months free of charge. Trade advertisers will have a link from our website to their website / social media page for 12 months free of charge. (Links and pages will be placed on the website the week after Crufts 2024)
